What to do, what to do....
Didn't get much sleep last night, joked around with Tippi for a bit before finally dozing off. Woke up barely in time to see her off to work and ended up nodding back off again only to wake up a little while later. Haven't been feeling my best the past few days, either the stress of moving has gotten me or I caught something, and with my frequent hikes into town I wouldn't be surprised which one. Either way I'll probably toss on the MP3 player and walk into town to sate my soda craving hehe.

Still alive
Figured I'd give LJ another shot since I seem to be losing track of so many friends anymore. This pony's getting nostalgic as he ages I guess.... As I write this I have Tippi sleeping behind me in bed in a room we rent from Chakat Bluefur in Ramona California which is near San Diego for those of you who don't know. We'll be vacating though this comming Thursday due to reasons beyond our control. (nothing bad! just nothing we can really change lol) So, we'll be heading to Modesto CA to live with my Sister and share a house with them until I'm working again and we can afford our own place. Thanks to our good friend Waarhorse we have help moving so some stress lifted there, just gonna suck not having an net for who knows how long.

On another note I should be making it to FC and I am listed on the Con Staff for 2010 in the Art Show. If anyone has crash space for Tippi and myself PLEASE let me know.

Getting by.
Wish I could say I've found work by now but after 2 interviews and 2 rejections I'm still unemployed and even though it is a blow to my optimisim I'm still pushing foreward, I know I'll find something just getting alittle impatient since I am already sick of living with my parents and we just can't find anywhere else to go, we're looking for a one bedroom or a Studio, we'd even settle to rent a room from someone if it was reasonable enough.

Anywho I'm doing fine all, working on a couple projects including the little business Tippi and myself have started up though she's doing all the real work I'm just doing the research and some of the grunt work so I don't deserve most the credit there. Been working on my writing, got a story moving along nicely, also working on some ideas for some of the fan groups I'm in. If there are any Trekkies reading this I've recently been promoted to the position of Executive Officer of the 6th Fleet for the Imperial Klingon Expeditionary Forces fan group meaning I'm partialy responsible for any and all chapters in:

Montana
Washington State
Utah
Colorado
California
Oregon
Hawaii
Alaska

I also joined Starfleet International last year and started out at the rank of Lieutenant with a group in Florida, I'm now trying to form a chapter here in San Diego county since it's without one I've recently been promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Commander. So yeah, plenty of geekiness to keep me busy. Also looking to meet up with some old friends in SoCal and meet some new ones so feel free to contact me!

California here we come....
We moved down to Florida roughly a month ago to care for Tippi's Grandfather, we like it here, we've managed to meet some nice people and see some fun things in that short time and had made plans to see alot more as time went on but it seems it's not to pass. If you read Tippi's LJ just skip this since it's nothing you have'nt already heard.

At the 3 week mark I flew out to California to deal with some family matters which for the most part did'nt go as hoped or planned but was'nt a bad trip regardless. It would have been quiet and uneventful had Tippi not called me telling me that her Grandfather had been lying to us and most of the promised made by him and certain others had gone unfulfilled leaving us with few options, he seriously believes every scam artist that comes along even ignoring the orders of a Sheriff to not send money to ANYONE unless it's family or the usual bills. Turns out he's intentionaly making promises he has no intention of keeping.

Since he firmly believes his "Big money" is comming he refuses to curb his spending and refuses to assist us since he feels he'll be able to set us up properly with his "Big money" He gets tested for any mental disabilites on the 3rd plus Tippi and myself go in with him to speak to his social worker and give her/him our 2 cents. Though no matter what goes down we're still forced to leave with our only hope for survival being running to my family in California with a possible place to live in Texas should things in SoCal not pan out.

As it stands we're leaving on Friday the 6th sometime in the morning and making a run for Ramona California following I-75 north and I-10 West till we get to California so if anyone's along the way and wants us to visit please let me know since we'll probably need the rest stop. Tippi did manage to secure a job she is going to transfer to a Walmart in Poway California which leaves me to find work so wish me luck boyos!

So long Ohio!
Got told this morning that the date we leave for Florida has been bumped from the 27th/28th to the 25th! Meaning we have exactly one week to get our affairs in order which is not really a bad thing just means we're on a slightly tighter scheduel as far as packing and whatnot goes. I have my concerns about going to Florida though most of them are minor...and the first person to mention HURRICANES gets a boot to the rump! My biggest worry will be the drive down there since it's a freakin' long drive and lets face it my driving experience is limited and I don't want Tippi to do have to do all the work.

On a more positive note : Omce we get there and settled in I'll get to see my first live Space Shuttle launch ^_^ A real childhood dream come true.

Stacy's quite possibly got a job at one of the Wal-Mart's near Plant City which is a good thing since it means she does'nt have to make the 1hr round trip to and from Tampa every day, that just leaves me to find work somewhere, got some promising leads so keep 'em crossed for me folks.

And last but not least I will be flying out to Southern California and there's a few people I want to look up while I'm out there, I'll let you know ^_^ I arrive in San Diego on the 18th of February. Wish I could say I was going to have fun but I'll have a couple days to goof around before I make it up to NorCal to see my Grandfather who at the age of 86 was stricken with cancer in his lungs and liver so it's up in the air as to how long he has left.

Anywho that's it for now, untill my next sporatic post.

Okay, another thing that annoys me and this is aimed to our brothers/sisters from across the pond and our brothers/sisters down south: The use of the word "Yankee" 1, the Yankees are a baseball team from New York. I am not from NY nor would I care to be nor do I play base ball so I am not a Yankee. 2. The term originaly ment someone from NEW ENGLAND I am from California, means I'm not a Southerner nor am I a Northerner I am a CALIFORNIAN! To me being called a "Yank" or "Yankee" is on the same level as calling an African American the N-Word and such. It's insulting and racist. If you're from the South would you like it if I called you "Redneck" "Biggot" "Mullet head"or the like? Or from the UK would you like it if I called you "Limey" "Brit" "FEB" or how about "Tommy?" I'm not racist and would never dream of using these words against someone knowing what they ment. So consider for a moment that what you say though however funny or innocent it may seem to you might be insulting or hurtful to someone else.

Is an education THAT worthless these days?
Have they dropped basic grammar and spelling from school since I graduated? I mean it's only been about eight years but come on... I'm just getting annoyed with people who have to intentionally butcher the English language for no reason at all. I just find it sad that grown men and women most of us partially educated are either too lazy or too ignorant to spell properly when e-mailing or chatting. I've never claimed to be an intelligent person but I do take the time to spell complete words. "2" is a number THAT'S IT! I don't use 2 in place of to or too, and it's "YOU" not U, I mean are people that lazy? I may use terms like "BRB" "LOL" and the like online but when it comes to simple English I at least take the time to appear somewhat educated.
When I chat with people who type like that the first thing that goes through my mind is: "Wow, can they even spell?" Do most people even realize how ignorant they appear when they type that way? Do they realize they l33t was never a language and died out years ago? How did some of these people pass English in shool? If they even passed at all for that matter!
This is just one of the many things that have been getting on my nerves with people lately and it saddens me to see that most people just don't care enough about their education anymore....

First day of new jobishness went well. Factory work can be demanding in alot of ways though this job was'nt what I expected, let me explain: I work for Nelson Packaging in Lima Ohio, they basicly do work for Proctor and Gamble. There's a multitude of lines in this place with people filling various bottles with product (mainly Tide or other laundry detergents) or reprossessing the products. Should the bottles be defective or someother thing. I'm still learning what goes on there so I can't say to much just yet. But mainly I spent my entier day at a cardboard bailer tossing boxes in to me smashed....for 8 straight hours. The hardest part was the standing around since time passes more slowly when you have nothing to do.... Oh well I go back in tomorrow to work anywhere between 6 to 10 hours so it could be an interesting day.

Wow, I've got to post more often I think. I guess the main reason I don't pass by LJ as much as I used to is because of the drama, it seemd everywhere I turned someone was complaining about something and my line of thought was:

"I have my own issues that no one wants to hear about the last thing I need is to be drowned in someone elses!"

I'm one of thoes people who takes another person's stress, if a friend or loved one is upset I'M upset. Plus...I just got tired of seeing people complain about the most annoying things... And I know I have'nt exactly been a model citizen myself though I can honestly say I'm not the same person I was 4-5 years ago or 10 years ago for that matter, I've done alot, seen alot and been through a heluva lot in that time. I guess what brought this on was my need to stay in touch with old friends, to relive a bit of the past and try and recapture something that feels like I've been missing. Thanks to the urging of my loving...and brutal...wife...never let her spare with me again. *rubs his sore bruised arms* I've reenlisted, it's offical. As soon as I turn in the last bit of paperwork and undergo the lovely physical (I passed the pre-physical so this one should be a breeze) I'll be once again in the U.S. Navy. No idea where I'll be sent so don't ask, I'll pas the info along as it comes.

On another note: I'll be in Southern California for a week starting July 15th so if anyone out there wants to say hi let me know, there are a few of you here I'd like to see as well!

I also start my new job later today so wish me luck.

I'm turning into thumbman!
Another work week done and gone and my poor knee could'nt be happier. Strangest thing, not sure what I did but I was walking from the Bike Rack on the sales floor to my work station in the back end (I'm a bike assembler for a Wal-Mart Supercenter for thoes who don't know)when my knee went thermal, felt like it was on fire and suddenly bulged to grapfuit proportions and it felt as if someone stabbed me in the hip. I'm fine now aside from the more noticable limp and the need to wear my uncomfortable knee brace more often.... I'm turning into ROBOPONY!

"We can rebuild him, we have the technology....but only $20 to do it with!"

I'm love our new Ferret, Alice is always quick with the ferret kisses and she's really made an improvement in the week she's been here. Most of you read Tippi's LJ so you already know Alice's story.

My Star Trek RPG site is slowly taking off, anyone interested in checking it out just let me know.

And on a final note, we've reserved our room for Morphicon so Me, Tippi and a few others who're traveling with us will be there, I should also be making a brief appearance at MARCon over that weekend as well at the request of the IKEF's (Imperial Klingon Expeditionary Force) Thought Admiral Zarcon who's making me Squadron Leader for part of Ohio.

Well that's pretty much it, gonan enjoy my 2 days off of work with Tippi and try and get some house work done before payday. See ya all around!

Greetings,

I am the Captain on a Nebula Class Ship. I am looking for people who would be interested in joining an expanding Star Trek Role Play by email.

If you're not familiar with PBEM role playing it's basically just creative writing with a group of Star Trek fans. Each person has a character that they create and develop but everyone can utilize all the characters if they wish. We all contribute to the story/mission, each person adding a small portion to it when he or she wants; and, of course, it revolves around Star Trek. If you are at all interested, email me @ captain_leafrunner@yahoo.com and I will get you some more information.

This particular one is for a Federation Starship Vessel and your character could e whatever species you wanted. It is a ?PG13? rated game. Therefore, you must follow the rating rules.

It came to my attention that some loser was on second life spouting crap about me. Now you can say all the unkind things about me you want, won't hurt my feelings none but please have the guts to say them to me personaly instead of bitching to a bunch of strangers in a lousy game. I've never been on SL and don't really plan to.

So one again, if you don't like me or have something you'd like to say to me SAY IT TO ME!! Grow a spine and confront me, none of this whining behind my back bullshit. I'm not hard to find.

To all my real friends out there I'm sorry for this, I hate to add to the abundance of worthless drama on LJ but I needed to vent this once time.... Sorry...

So, who still thinks the war is going well?

Army Suicides highest in 26 years!!!

By PAULINE JELINEK, Associated Press Writer

WASHINGTON - Army soldiers committed suicide last year at the highest rate in 26 years, and more than a quarter did so while serving in Iraq and Afghanistan, according to a new military report.

The report, obtained by The Associated Press ahead of its scheduled release Thursday, found there were 99 confirmed suicides among active duty soldiers during 2006, up from 88 the previous year and the highest number since the 102 suicides in 1991 at the time of the Persian Gulf War.

The suicide rate for the Army has fluctuated over the past 26 years, from last year's high of 17.3 per 100,000 to a low of 9.1 per 100,000 in 2001.

Last year, "Iraq was the most common deployment location for both (suicides) and attempts," the report said.

The 99 suicides included 28 soldiers deployed to the two wars and 71 who weren't. About twice as many women serving in Iraq and Afghanistan committed suicide as did women not sent to war, the report said.

Preliminary numbers for the first half of this year indicate the number of suicides could decline across the service in 2007 but increase among troops serving in the wars, officials said.

The increases for 2006 came as Army officials worked to set up a number of new and stronger programs for providing mental health care to a force strained by the longer-than-expected war in Iraq and the global counterterrorism war entering its sixth year.

Failed personal relationships, legal and financial problems and the stress of their jobs were factors motivating the soldiers to commit suicide, according to the report.

"In addition, there was a significant relationship between suicide attempts and number of days deployed" in Iraq, Afghanistan or nearby countries where troops are participating in the war effort, it said. The same pattern seemed to hold true for those who not only attempted, but succeeded in killing themselves.

There also "was limited evidence to support the view that multiple ... deployments are a risk factor for suicide behaviors," it said.

About a quarter of those who killed themselves had a history of at least one psychiatric disorder. Of those, about 20 percent had been diagnosed with a mood disorder such as bipolar disorder and/or depression; and 8 percent had been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder, including post traumatic stress disorder ? one of the signature injuries of the conflict in Iraq.

Firearms were the most common method of suicide. Those who attempted suicide but didn't succeed tended more often to take overdoses and cut themselves.

In a service of more than a half million troop, the 99 suicides amounted to a rate of 17.3 per 100,000 ? the highest in the past 26 years, the report said. The average rate over those years has been 12.3 per 100,000.

The rate for those serving in the wars stayed about the same, 19.4 per 100,000 in 2006, compared with 19.9 in 2005.

The Army said the information was compiled from reports collected as part of its suicide prevention program ? reports required for all "suicide-related behaviors that result in death, hospitalization or evacuation" of the soldier. It can take considerable time to investigate a suicide and, in fact, the Army said that in addition to the 99 confirmed suicides last year, there are two other deaths suspected as suicides in which investigations were pending.

John Adams - 1797 address.
When it was first perceived, in early times, that no middle course for America remained between unlimited submission to a foreign legislature and a total independence of its claims, men of reflection were less apprehensive of danger from the formidable power of fleets and armies they must determine to resist than from those contests and dissensions which would certainly arise concerning the forms of government to be instituted over the whole and over the parts of this extensive country. Relying, however, on the purity of their intentions, the justice of their cause, and the integrity and intelligence of the people, under an overruling Providence which had so signally protected this country from the first, the representatives of this nation, then consisting of little more than half its present number, not only broke to pieces the chains which were forging and the rod of iron that was lifted up, but frankly cut asunder the ties which had bound them, and launched into an ocean of uncertainty.

The zeal and ardor of the people during the Revolutionary war, supplying the place of government, commanded a degree of order sufficient at least for the temporary preservation of society. The Confederation which was early felt to be necessary was prepared from the models of the Batavian and Helvetic confederacies, the only examples which remain with any detail and precision in history, and certainly the only ones which the people at large had ever considered. But reflecting on the striking difference in so many particulars between this country and those where a courier may go from the seat of government to the frontier in a single day, it was then certainly foreseen by some who assisted in Congress at the formation of it that it could not be durable.

Negligence of its regulations, inattention to its recommendations, if not disobedience to its authority, not only in individuals but in States, soon appeared with their melancholy consequences--universal languor, jealousies and rivalries of States, decline of navigation and commerce, discouragement of necessary manufactures, universal fall in the value of lands and their produce, contempt of public and private faith, loss of consideration and credit with foreign nations, and at length in discontents, animosities, combinations, partial conventions, and insurrection, threatening some great national calamity.

In this dangerous crisis the people of America were not abandoned by their usual good sense, presence of mind, resolution, or integrity. Measures were pursued to concert a plan to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquillity, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty. The public disquisitions, discussions, and deliberations issued in the present happy Constitution of Government.

Employed in the service of my country abroad during the whole course of these transactions, I first saw the Constitution of the United States in a foreign country. Irritated by no literary altercation, animated by no public debate, heated by no party animosity, I read it with great satisfaction, as the result of good heads prompted by good hearts, as an experiment better adapted to the genius, character, situation, and relations of this nation and country than any which had ever been proposed or suggested. In its general principles and great outlines it was conformable to such a system of government as I had ever most esteemed, and in some States, my own native State in particular, had contributed to establish. Claiming a right of suffrage, in common with my fellow-citizens, in the adoption or rejection of a constitution which was to rule me and my posterity, as well as them and theirs, I did not hesitate to express my approbation of it on all occasions, in public and in private. It was not then, nor has been since, any objection to it in my mind that the Executive and Senate were not more permanent. Nor have I ever entertained a thought of promoting any alteration in it but such as the people themselves, in the course of their experience, should see and feel to be necessary or expedient, and by their representatives in Congress and the State legislatures, according to the Constitution itself, adopt and ordain.

Returning to the bosom of my country after a painful separation from it for ten years, I had the honor to be elected to a station under the new order of things, and I have repeatedly laid myself under the most serious obligations to support the Constitution. The operation of it has equaled the most sanguine expectations of its friends, and from an habitual attention to it, satisfaction in its administration, and delight in its effects upon the peace, order, prosperity, and happiness of the nation I have acquired an habitual attachment to it and veneration for it.

What other form of government, indeed, can so well deserve our esteem and love?

There may be little solidity in an ancient idea that congregations of men into cities and nations are the most pleasing objects in the sight of superior intelligences, but this is very certain, that to a benevolent human mind there can be no spectacle presented by any nation more pleasing, more noble, majestic, or august, than an assembly like that which has so often been seen in this and the other Chamber of Congress, of a Government in which the Executive authority, as well as that of all the branches of the Legislature, are exercised by citizens selected at regular periods by their neighbors to make and execute laws for the general good. Can anything essential, anything more than mere ornament and decoration, be added to this by robes and diamonds? Can authority be more amiable and respectable when it descends from accidents or institutions established in remote antiquity than when it springs fresh from the hearts and judgments of an honest and enlightened people? For it is the people only that are represented. It is their power and majesty that is reflected, and only for their good, in every legitimate government, under whatever form it may appear. The existence of such a government as ours for any length of time is a full proof of a general dissemination of knowledge and virtue throughout the whole body of the people. And what object or consideration more pleasing than this can be presented to the human mind? If national pride is ever justifiable or excusable it is when it springs, not from power or riches, grandeur or glory, but from conviction of national innocence, information, and benevolence.

In the midst of these pleasing ideas we should be unfaithful to ourselves if we should ever lose sight of the danger to our liberties if anything partial or extraneous should infect the purity of our free, fair, virtuous, and independent elections. If an election is to be determined by a majority of a single vote, and that can be procured by a party through artifice or corruption, the Government may be the choice of a party for its own ends, not of the nation for the national good. If that solitary suffrage can be obtained by foreign nations by flattery or menaces, by fraud or violence, by terror, intrigue, or venality, the Government may not be the choice of the American people, but of foreign nations. It may be foreign nations who govern us, and not we, the people, who govern ourselves; and candid men will acknowledge that in such cases choice would have little advantage to boast of over lot or chance.

Such is the amiable and interesting system of government (and such are some of the abuses to which it may be exposed) which the people of America have exhibited to the admiration and anxiety of the wise and virtuous of all nations for eight years under the administration of a citizen who, by a long course of great actions, regulated by prudence, justice, temperance, and fortitude, conducting a people inspired with the same virtues and animated with the same ardent patriotism and love of liberty to independence and peace, to increasing wealth and unexampled prosperity, has merited the gratitude of his fellow-citizens, commanded the highest praises of foreign nations, and secured immortal glory with posterity.

In that retirement which is his voluntary choice may he long live to enjoy the delicious recollection of his services, the gratitude of mankind, the happy fruits of them to himself and the world, which are daily increasing, and that splendid prospect of the future fortunes of this country which is opening from year to year. His name may be still a rampart, and the knowledge that he lives a bulwark, against all open or secret enemies of his country's peace. This example has been recommended to the imitation of his successors by both Houses of Congress and by the voice of the legislatures and the people throughout the nation.

On this subject it might become me better to be silent or to speak with diffidence; but as something may be expected, the occasion, I hope, will be admitted as an apology if I venture to say that if a preference, upon principle, of a free republican government, formed upon long and serious reflection, after a diligent and impartial inquiry after truth; if an attachment to the Constitution of the United States, and a conscientious determination to support it until it shall be altered by the judgments and wishes of the people, expressed in the mode prescribed in it; if a respectful attention to the constitutions of the individual States and a constant caution and delicacy toward the State governments; if an equal and impartial regard to the rights, interest, honor, and happiness of all the States in the Union, without preference or regard to a northern or southern, an eastern or western, position, their various political opinions on unessential points or their personal attachments; if a love of virtuous men of all parties and denominations; if a love of science and letters and a wish to patronize every rational effort to encourage schools, colleges, universities, academies, and every institution for propagating knowledge, virtue, and religion among all classes of the people, not only for their benign influence on the happiness of life in all its stages and classes, and of society in all its forms, but as the only means of preserving our Constitution from its natural enemies, the spirit of sophistry, the spirit of party, the spirit of intrigue, the profligacy of corruption, and the pestilence of foreign influence, which is the angel of destruction to elective governments; if a love of equal laws, of justice, and humanity in the interior administration; if an inclination to improve agriculture, commerce, and manufacturers for necessity, convenience, and defense; if a spirit of equity and humanity toward the aboriginal nations of America, and a disposition to meliorate their condition by inclining them to be more friendly to us, and our citizens to be more friendly to them; if an inflexible determination to maintain peace and inviolable faith with all nations, and that system of neutrality and impartiality among the belligerent powers of Europe which has been adopted by this Government and so solemnly sanctioned by both Houses of Congress and applauded by the legislatures of the States and the public opinion, until it shall be otherwise ordained by Congress; if a personal esteem for the French nation, formed in a residence of seven years chiefly among them, and a sincere desire to preserve the friendship which has been so much for the honor and interest of both nations; if, while the conscious honor and integrity of the people of America and the internal sentiment of their own power and energies must be preserved, an earnest endeavor to investigate every just cause and remove every colorable pretense of complaint; if an intention to pursue by amicable negotiation a reparation for the injuries that have been committed on the commerce of our fellow-citizens by whatever nation, and if success can not be obtained, to lay the facts before the Legislature, that they may consider what further measures the honor and interest of the Government and its constituents demand; if a resolution to do justice as far as may depend upon me, at all times and to all nations, and maintain peace, friendship, and benevolence with all the world; if an unshaken confidence in the honor, spirit, and resources of the American people, on which I have so often hazarded my all and never been deceived; if elevated ideas of the high destinies of this country and of my own duties toward it, founded on a knowledge of the moral principles and intellectual improvements of the people deeply engraven on my mind in early life, and not obscured but exalted by experience and age; and, with humble reverence, I feel it to be my duty to add, if a veneration for the religion of a people who profess and call themselves Christians, and a fixed resolution to consider a decent respect for Christianity among the best recommendations for the public service, can enable me in any degree to comply with your wishes, it shall be my strenuous endeavor that this sagacious injunction of the two Houses shall not be without effect.

With this great example before me, with the sense and spirit, the faith and honor, the duty and interest, of the same American people pledged to support the Constitution of the United States, I entertain no doubt of its continuance in all its energy, and my mind is prepared without hesitation to lay myself under the most solemn obligations to support it to the utmost of my power.

And may that Being who is supreme over all, the Patron of Order, the Fountain of Justice, and the Protector in all ages of the world of virtuous liberty, continue His blessing upon this nation and its Government and give it all possible success and duration consistent with the ends of His providence.

Okay, today Tippi and I went to her Sister's so we could attend a post Father's day BBQ since no one was able to on sunday due to work and such. Well, Tippi decided it would be the best time to hand out wedding invites to her family since we'd already given one to her Mom and Step-Dad.

Her Sister's took their invites with the usuall good humor and were generaly happy to get them. Then came her Father..... She was all chipper about it happy to give her Dad his Invite and Father's Day Card when he saw the Wedding invitation he asked what it was and when she told him the first words out of his mouth were:

"Just fucking shoot me now"

Not something you expect a Father to tell his Daughter....

Me and him, we don't get along, I don't like him, he does'nt like me, I've tried and I mean honestly tried to get his acceptance and to get him to like me because it's what she wants but seeing Stacy crying her eyes out when we got home because of how her ASSHOLE of a father treated her well...... The gloves are off... She is dissapointed in him, he's hurt her emotionaly, no Father has the right to do that to his child.

He preaches about respect yet gives none in return? Respect is earned NEVER given freely. And he has failed to earn mine and after today's display he never will.

She is my life, and anyone who hurts her in any way family or not has lost my good graces....

Hooves for sale!
Howdy all, I'm trying to sell my fursuit hoof boots since money is alittle tight for me and I just can't really wear them anymore due to my knee.

They were made around early 2004 and have served me well at many a convention and have gotten nothing but the best responses from other people.

The hooves themselves are made from fiberglass with steel supports and a cushioned boot that holds your feet nice and snug so the hooves don't shift or move while you walk. They weigh 5lbs each and have a long shaggy white fur around the upper portion to give the impression of Clydesdale/Draft horse hooves. They are in good condition and I know will make a wonderful addition to anyone's fursuit collection. Asking price is $250 for the pair but I can be reasoned with.

Here's the link to the furbid auction with pics:

Or you can e-mail me to make a deal or get more info.

Happy hunting!
